ACTIV System Dermo – Roller
Dermo-Roller is a professional device for microneedle mesotherapy, which is an alternative to laser applications, cosmetic surgery or deep-penetrating chemical peels. It is an innovative way to regenerate and rebuild the skin. The Dermo-Roller ACTIV is a roller filled with thin titanium microneedles from 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm long, which make almost 250 thousand micro-punctures in the skin within 5 minutes. Because they are made of titanium and not surgical steel, they are extremely thin, like a human hair, and therefore actually penetrate the skin. The precision of the titanium needles ensures safety and comfort during treatment. The head of each roller is equipped with 192 titanium needles.

The dermo-roller creates microscopic channels in the skin, so-called micro-injuries, which improve the production of collagen and elastin. This causes the skin to age more slowly. Thanks to the micro-perforation of the outer layers of the skin, the active ingredients penetrate much deeper into the skin than is the case with daily use of cosmetics. After the active ingredients are applied to the skin, only between 0.03% and 3% of the substance is transported into the skin. After using the dermo-roller, active ingredients are absorbed 3000% better. The skin stimulation is gentle. Thanks to this, the cells for skin regeneration and the vessels are not damaged.
Care should be taken to ensure that each roller should be sealed in a sterile manner so that each customer can see that the roller used for her has not been used by anyone else before use. The scooter must be in its original packaging.
